Shipping Policy
We ship nationwide across the US. Standard shipping rates apply.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that you do not ship directly to a hospital, due to a greater risk of packages being redirected or rejected. When possible, please ship to a residential or trusted business address. If circumstances do not allow a home delivery, please verify with the hospital and/or recipient any shipping restrictions or instructions that need to be specified on the shipping label to avoid delays or rejections.
Return & Exchange Policy
While we hope you absolutely love it, if you are unsatisfied with your gift box, we will accept a return or exchange of the entire collection, provided all items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for individual items within a gift box. All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery of the gift box, specified by the carrier. A copy of the invoice is required. Return shipping fees may apply.
If an item in your gift box is received in a damaged or defective condition, we will happily replace the item at no cost. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to get your replacement item.
